Mix and match
How to search Colorado luxury homes by lifestyle.
Most buyers want two or three of these at once: a main-floor primary suite in a gated golf community, or a mountain view with room for the RV.
- Start with the place. Pick one to three cities or communities. Lifestyle features cluster: golf and gates in Castle Pines and the south metro, acreage in Parker and Castle Rock, water in Loveland and Timnath.
- Then add the feature. Our advanced search lets you filter by price, beds, baths, lot size and keywords in the listing, such as elevator, pickleball or wine cellar.
- Save the search. Saved searches send new matches by email, so you see a new listing the day it hits the MLS.
- Ask about homes not listed yet. Some sellers prefer a private sale. Tell us what you want and we watch for it.

Quick answers
Questions, answered.
What lifestyle features do Colorado luxury buyers ask for most?
A main-floor primary suite, a mountain view, room for cars or an RV, and low exterior maintenance come up most. Golf and club communities, pools and private courts follow.
Can I search for a specific feature like an elevator or a wine cellar?
Yes. The advanced search reads the words in each listing, so a keyword search for elevator, wine cellar or pickleball finds homes that mention them. Call us and we confirm the feature before you tour.
Do you show homes that are not on the market yet?
Yes, when the seller allows it. Coming Soon listings show in our searches, and agents of The Kenna Group at Keller Williams DTC often know about homes before they list.
